The Chiuchiarelli family has been working in Cleveland, Ohio since the early 1950’s. It is now in its second generation as Cleveland, Ohio custom home builders.
Vincenzo (Vince) Chiuchiarelli immigrated from Italy in 1949 and settled in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his masonry career in 1954. Vince perfected his custom trade for over 30 years, completing all types of masonry work throughout the Cleveland area.
In 1977, Vince and his son Carlo began Chiuchiarelli Construction Inc. Carlo honed his custom trade using the knowledge that his father had learned over the years, working throughout the Cleveland, Ohio on various masonry projects. Carlo has since taken an advisory role.
In 1979, Vince and Carlo built their first custom new home under Chiuchiarelli Construction, Inc. in North Royalton, Ohio’s Cedar Estates subdivision. After completing that project, they began several other custom home projects in the Cleveland area, gaining experience and skill.
In 1983, Vince and Carlo partnered with another developer to co-develop 140 lots in Cedar Estates over six years, completing over 70 custom-built new homes in Cedar Estates.
In 1986, Vince’s children Connie and Rick joined the company to complete the family business. Rick also perfected the masonry trade with instruction from his father. He now oversees all masonry work completed through Chiuchiarelli Masonry Inc. Rick also fulfills all field supervisor duties. Connie’s duties have grown over the years to include office manager and controller.
In 1991, the family purchased a new piece of land, developing Camelot Estates in North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision was the first property developed solely by the Chiuchiarelli Family. Camelot Estates contained 61 custom home sites. By 1996, the subdivision’s new homes were sold out and completed.
In 2016 Rick Chiuchiarelli has taken over the day to day operations. Carlo's son Vince has joined the family business as the head of marketing and contributing in many other different areas.
Since, we have expanded to residential custom homes, commercial building, and remodeling. We have proudly maintained our masonry heritage with Chiuchiarelli Masonry Inc. Over the past 14 years, the Chiuchiarelli Family has branched off to co-develop and build new homes in developments all over the Cleveland area.
