Rick Chiuchiarelli
Under the guidance of his father Vince, Rick Chiuchiarelli began his professional bricklaying career as a laborer with Chiuchiarelli Construction, Inc. at the early age of fourteen.
Rick graduated from Padua Franciscan High School in 1980 and married his high school sweetheart, Julie, in 1983. They have two wonderful children of whom they are extremely proud. Rob is a Graduate student at Norwich University Military Academy and Stephanie owns her own highly successful interior design company, Enlightened Interiors, which provides top quality services for Chiuchiarelli Builders. Rick’s family has been a great source of pride to him over the years.
After many years of hard work and training, he became a bricklayer and foreman for the family business, while never losing sight of the importance of a well-done job.
Chiuchiarelli Masonry, Inc. has grown under Rick from a primarily residential contractor to a company that builds quality commercial and specialty projects. Rick is proud of the company’s accomplishments and personal growth since his bricklaying beginnings at fourteen.
Looking toward the future, Rick has high hopes for Chiuchiarelli Builders, Inc. and all the new projects that await. Rick handles the day to day operations of Chiuchiarelli Builders, as well as keeping up with Chiuchiarelli Masonry.
Connie Chiuchiarelli
As a graduate of Cleveland State University, Connie Chiuchiarelli’s background in finance and accounting play a small, but important, part of her job description. However, over the years she has discovered that the most important aspect of her position is the smooth running of the construction process for both the builder and the homebuyer.
Connie manages Chiuchiarelli Builders, Inc. under her simple philosophy: “Treat people as you would want to be treated, with respect and fairness.”
She believes this type of thinking is one reason Chiuchiarelli Builders turns custom home clients into life-long customers who return when upgrading, downsizing or remodeling. Connie believes this unique focus on running the business with respect and fairness is the reason why so many refer them as builders to relatives and friends.
Vince Chiuchiarelli
Learning under his father, aunt, and uncle, Vince has been with Chiuchiarelli Builders Inc. for the the last decade. From a very young age he would follow his father Carlo to work and soon became a part of the family business.
In his youth he was enrolled at Walsh Jesuit High School while being involved in sports and campus ministry. He attended The Ohio State University and Bowling Green State University where he graduated with a degree in Communication in 2016.
Vince is the head of digital marketing while also working in different affairs including field operations as needed. His background work consists of real estate, marketing, and entrepreneur. He enjoys helping people and looks to continue his work with Chiuchiarelli Builders Inc.
